Is there a sample development fee?
A sample development fee is normally charged according to the product specifications and customization complexity. After a subsequent bulk order is placed, the sample fee can be deducted from the order payment.
How is the sample lead time confirmed?
The sample schedule is confirmed before development and depends on the product structure, materials and customization requirements.
When does mass production start?
Mass production starts after the customer confirms the sample or final technical specifications and the order is confirmed.
What does LJF inspect before shipment?

How does LJF handle confidential information and intellectual property?
Customer drawings, samples, specifications, trademarks, product concepts and other proprietary information are used only for the agreed project. For special OEM/ODM projects, confidentiality and intellectual property arrangements can be confirmed separately before development.
